Premera Pulse resources are now available on B’link, your online link to benefits made simple.
These new resources include a customizable flyer, a click-and-send email, and copy for a text message or internal bulletin.
How to access the communication resources
- Visit B’link.
- Search for Premera Pulse using the search box in the top right.
- Click on the ready-to-share tool of your choice!

Premera Pulse is a digital resource designed to deliver personalized health information to your employees.
Your employees and their eligible dependents who are enrolled in a Premera health plan can activate Premera Pulse by texting Pulse to 24248. Once they do, they will get proactive messages that empower them to make informed decisions about their care.
Premera Pulse features include:
