For fully insured groups: We want to remind you of the premium relief you’ll notice in your August bill. These invoices will start appearing in July. All active insured small and large group employers including associations will receive a one-time credit of up to 15% on the group’s August 2020 premium bill.
This is a one-time credit for your group. This is not a Medical Loss Ratio requirement. If you have questions about ERISA requirements, we suggest you consult with your group’s employment law counsel.
