As we let you know in a previous communication, ConnectYourCare (CYC) is now a part of Optum Financial. These two entities came together to combine expertise in health finances. The goal is to create an enhanced customer experience that offers both value and choice as well as a deeper connection between health and finances.
What’s new:
The website, www.connectyourcare.com, is ending. Currently, the old site redirects users to www.optumfinancial.com with a pop up on the homepage, but soon the site will automatically direct users to the new site (there will be no pop-up notice).
A few helpful tips:
- All users should visit optum.com instead of cyc.com
- Employers should visit and bookmark optum.com/employers as their new point of entry
- Account holders should visit and bookmark optumfinancial.com as their new point of entry
- All users who sign in will be able to use their same sign-in credentials
