Rates for individuals enrolled in a Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska grandfathered plan will be changing May 1, 2020. In March, Premera mailed members with a grandfathered plan a letter that notes the rates for the coming year. Members will be automatically re-enrolled in their grandfathered plans unless they act to change according to the directions in their letters.
