How to Help Create Online Accounts for Individual Clients

  • Creating an online account will allow your clients access all their benefits. Here’s the information you need to help them get started.

    What they can do

    With an online account, your clients will be able to:

    • See their health plan details
    • Pay bills online
    • Find a primary care provider (PCP) or other in-network providers
    • Print a temporary ID card
    • Track claims
    • Get cost estimates
    • Use the mail-order pharmacy

    Registering for an account

    To get started, your individual clients should:

    • Have their member ID handy
    • Visit the sign-in page online, then select “click here to register”
    • Create a unique username and password

    We recommend that your clients use Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. (Internet Explorer is not recommended).

    Password issues

    To reset a forgotten password, your clients can:

    • Visit the sign-in page, then select “forgot login info”
    • Follow the prompts to retrieve or reset their username or password

    Returning individual members

    If your returning individual clients created an account for their 2021 Premera health plan, they don’t need to register for another one this year.
