Coming soon: The Employee Communications Center is Getting an Upgrade!

    For several years, the Employee Communications Center has been your group clients’ go-to resource for ready-to-share employee communications. In fact, employers in Alaska have shared with us that the Employee Communications Center is one of their most valuable resources; however, they have also expressed that there is opportunity to improve the user experience on the site. We heard your group clients’ feedback and we have a plan.

    Beginning in October, the Employee Communications Center is getting an upgrade. The new website for employee communications will be called B’link – your business’s link to ready-to-share employee communications and employer resources. With B’link, your groups can look forward to:

    • Access to all the resources they are used to getting through the Employee Communications Center, plus more content and features!
    • An improved site design that better welcomes visitors and offers a more engaging way to explore communications topics
    • A hub for employer resources: Digital resources to help them manage their plan, help them set up flu shot clinics, check in on the latest employer news, and take a look at what topics are trending for employer groups in Alaska
    • The ability to do a keywork search through all the materials on the site to find just the right topic quickly and easily
    • And sample communication timelines that will help any size employer create thoughtful communication campaigns and get their employees engaged with their health plan benefits
