The link to the Connecture DRX tool changes each plan year. That means you’ll need to update your bookmark to the tool this year. The 2022 link is expired, and access to the 2023 tool for both lines of business is now available. The link to the enrollment tool is also posted on our Medicare Supplement producer website.
If you’re new to using Connecture DRX, your username is your NPN, and the temporary password is “Medicare2022!”. Please click on forgot password to do a reset if you are unable to sign in. If you have any questions about using the tool, please email medicaresupport@premera.com.
