Starting with October 1, 2022 effective dates, the DocuSign emails sent to authorized group contacts for plan contract signatures will now include both producer and producer support contacts so a copy can be downloaded and saved for your records at the time the contract is signed.
This also gives increased visibility to when the task is complete.
