New and Renewal Documents
Paperwork should be
confirmed and submitted to Premera by the following dates for the best member
experience:
- November 1, 2019: Groups with HSA accounts
through CYC
- November 6, 2019: Groups without HSA
accounts through CYC
Enrollment
Enrollment
elections for new and renewing groups should be received and processed at

- December 6th, 2019: Groups with CYC
- December 17, 2019: Groups without CYC
