It is almost that time of year to start thinking about renewals. We have made a few updates to help you this year and want to remind you of them.
Use these new mailboxes to submit forms:
You and your clients can now submit all new and renewal documents, requests for proposals, or requests for service to one email address, depending on group size.
For groups 100+, please contact your designated account team.
Do not use AlaskaRFPS@premera.com. This email address is being obsoleted.

Large group forms
On the producer page for large group, scroll to Resources, then select Large group forms.
Small group forms
On the producer page for small group, scroll to Resources, then select Small group forms.
