The Transparency in Coverage and federal No Surprises Act are impacting health plans, and the providers, as well as, individual, small group, large group, fully insured, self-funded, grandfathered and non-grandfathered markets. Some legislation went into
effect on January 1, 2022, and some will in the years to come.
