EvergreenHealth has notified us of their intent to end their contract with Premera Blue Cross on March 31, 2023
If a new agreement is not reached, EvergreenHealth will no longer be in your plan’s network, effective April 1, 2023. It is important to note that we are still meeting with EvergreenHealth and are focused on reaching an agreement that allows our members to continue to see their EvergreenHealth providers on an in-network basis.
