The Premera Prescription Drug Data Collection survey is now closed for submissions. The Premera data team is currently in the process of gathering the data received and preparing to submit the files through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS) on or before the June 1, 2023, deadline.
If you missed the survey deadline, you may report the information directly to CMS. It is each group’s responsibility to assure the data gets submitted, whether your choice was to submit your data through the Premera survey or submit your data on your own.
