Here are a few of the great tools you can find on this one-stop resource:
- County map: This shows the 12 counties where Premera will be available in 2020. That's three more than this year.
- One-page plan overview: This handy guide lists all our 2020 plans, their premiums, and the counties where they are available.
- 2020 Premera Medicare Advantage guide: This quick-to-browse document provides more details about our plans. It's one of my favorite, easy-to-use references.
- Provider network guide: This digital resource highlights key providers in Western and Eastern Washington and the new Vivacity Care Center in Spokane.
- Advertising templates: These are ready to customize. Choose from three sizes.
- Enrollment information: On our producer resource page is a link to our 2020 Medicare Advantage producer supply order form. And we provide simple instructions on how to enroll your clients via paper or our Shop and Enroll tool.
- Forms: A scope-of-appointment form is included with each enrollment kit, but if you need more, check out the Forms section on the producer resource page. You'll also find the most commonly requested forms in both English and Spanish.
