This includes customers, providers, third parties, regulators, and the employers that use our services.

It also shows our focus to always conduct business legally and ethically. As we work together to make healthcare work better, we turn to the Code as our formal declaration. We commit to always and enthusiastically Do the Right Thing. This is our duty to our Board of Directors, external committee members, customers, constituents, and fellow employees.
