Did you recently lose a job, move, get married or have a baby? Outside of annual open enrollment, you may be eligible to buy an Individual plan during a special enrollment period if you have a qualifying life event.

Set up an online account
Manage your health plan from anywhere. Having an online account keeps all your plan info in one easy-to-access place. You can even opt in for paperless statements.
Find a primary care provider
Having a primary care provider (PCP) to guide your care can help you stay proactive about your health. Plus, choosing an in-network doctor can reduce your out-of-pocket costs. If you would like to change your PCP, please call customer service.
Sign up for autopay starting Nov. 1
Automatically pay your premium on time each month using a debit or credit card, or a bank account. For one less thing to remember, sign in to your online account and set up autopay starting November 1.
