    For all self‑service options—excluding prior authorizations—please sign in to Availity. This includes claim status and benefit inquiries for both FEHB and PSHB members.

    Please note: When searching FEP claims or benefits, be sure to select the Premera Federal Employee Program (FEP)‑Postal payer. This payer applies to all FEP members, not just postal employees.
