Providers can now access claims status (paid, denied, and action required) and benefit information for Federal Employee Program (FEP) members.
For all self‑service options—excluding prior authorizations—please sign in to Availity. This includes claim status and benefit inquiries for both FEHB and PSHB members.
Please note: When searching FEP claims or benefits, be sure to select the Premera Federal
Employee Program (FEP)‑Postal payer. This payer applies to all FEP members, not just postal employees.
