For producers who sell small group business
With the launch of the new Premera Marketplace platform, Small Group Market Place (SGMP) will be retired effective July 31, 2021. Premera is excited for you to experience the new Marketplace platform and the increased efficiencies it offers.
Changes for Small Group Marketplace go live August 1, 2021. Important information includes:
- SGMP will accept new group submissions up to July 20th for August 1, 2021 effective dates.
- All new groups effective September 1, 2021 and forward must be submitted through the new Marketplace platform.
- We would like to encourage producers to use the new platform for August 1 groups if possible as this will give them an opportunity to experience the new platform and it’s benefits.
- New Groups effective September 1, 2021 forward must be submitted through the new Marketplace platform.
- A message will be posted on Small Group Marketplace the week of July 5th announcing the retirement of that system and directing producers to the new Marketplace platform for new groups effective September 1 forward.
