These innovative solutions deliver low-cost, convenient care, exceptional user experience and high quality services.
New plans for 2021 (pending OIC approval): Balance 6500 Bronze and Balance EPO 8550 Bonze.
Discontinued plans: Peak Care 2000 Gold and Choice 5500 Bronze. Discontinuation notices were mailed to groups in early October and new plans have been implemented to better meet customer needs.
