For producers who sell small group business.
To create a more streamlined experience, small group employers will now receive digital employer agreements and benefit booklets via email notification.
In the email, employers will be instructed to:
- Set up their secure employer portal access
- Sign in to the portal to access their benefit booklet, digital employer guide, plan administrator guide, and more.
- Watch for the monthly employer newsletter
Transition to email notifications for agreements and benefit booklets begins for new and renewing groups began January 1, 2023.
