hosting a series of virtual meetings to help members understand how they can
get the most out of their Medicare Advantage plans. Members will learn about
their plan benefits, provider and pharmacy networks, member website, new added
benefits, and more.
Encourage
your clients to attend so they can get their questions answered directly from a
Premera Medicare Advantage plan expert. This will save you time answering
questions about our plans.
In
December, all Premera Medicare Advantage members received an email inviting
them to attend. If we didn’t have an email address for a member, we sent them a
postcard invitation.
