Need help accessing the new system? Review the how-to training guide for help.
The new management system is open and ready for you to take your Medicare Advantage certification training. By now, you should have received an email with the information you need to log in to our new system.
If you’re having difficulty navigating the system, review the how-to training guide we included in your email. It will help you with:
- How to log in
- How to complete your application
- How to complete your certification
- How to submit to Premera
The guide gives you step-by-step instructions and visuals to help you log in and take the certification training. We recommend you review the guide before accessing the system or have a printed copy available as you go through the process.
