Many Premera Blue Cross Medicare Advantage (MA) plans have an over-the-counter (OTC) benefit of $50 per quarter for OTC health and wellness products. It’s included with our Total Health, Classic, and Core Plus plans and our Alpine, Peak+Rx, Sound+Rx, and Charter+Rx
plans. Help your clients take advantage of this benefit during COVID-19. It’s an easy and safe way for your clients to get products mailed directly to their homes.
Currently OTC Health Solutions from CVS pharmacy is experiencing longer wait times for phone orders because of the current demand. Tell your clients that ordering online is the fastest way to access this benefit. We’ve included instructions for ordering
online to help your clients get faster service.

Order your over-the-counter products online
Make sure you’re using the over-the-counter benefit that comes with your Premera Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plan. You can buy up to $50 of OTC health and wellness products every quarter and have them mailed directly to your home. You’ll get faster
service if you order online. Here are instructions to help you get your account set up.
How to place an order online:
1. Create an account
- If it’s your first time placing your order online, you’ll need to create an account by visiting cvs.com/otchs/premera.
- Then, select Create account and follow the instructions.
- You will need your member ID (including the two zeros at
the end and leaving off the letters), date of birth, ZIP code, and a current email address.
- You will also need to create a password.
- If you need help locating your member ID, select Get help locating your member ID.
- Remember to save your password for future orders. You will need your member ID or email address along with your password to sign in.
2. Place an order
- Once you sign in, your benefit amount and balance will be displayed at the top of the page.
- Browse through the available products and add to your basket. Your order total will automatically deduct from your remaining balance at the top of the page.
- Once you are ready to place your order, select Checkout.
- On the checkout page, confirm your shipping address, review your order, and place your order. Your order will arrive in 7 to 10 days.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped and another once your order has been delivered!
