Encourage interested clients to apply
We’re creating a Medicare Advantage Advisory Council because “The customer is at the center of all we do.” This is our core value. The member advisory council will allow us to put that value into action. MAC members will assist in reviewing our processes, programs, and plan design and gives us the opportunity to listen to our members during meetings to better understand their points of view, insights, and expectations.
Both members and caregivers can apply online between June 15 - 23, 2021 at Premera.com/MAC to be considered.
If you have clients who are enthusiastic, have a genuine interest in improving the Premera member experience, and can communicate well while providing constructive points of view and insights, please encourage them to apply. The council will meet quarterly in each of our key regions for 60-90 minutes. Meetings will have a specific topic to discuss and be held virtually until we are able to safely join in the same room.
Members can print a paper copy of the MAC Application and Roles and Responsibilities, or request mailed versions by calling 425-381-8339. They will be instructed to leave a voicemail with their name, phone number, and address.
