For 51-199 groups
Beginning this month, a digital signature on the plan contract will be required for 51-199 groups, including groups with Preferred Choice plans, that have plans with an effective date beginning September 1, 2021, or later.
Completing this task will be quick and easy with a digital DocuSign eSignature. The account manager will be copied on each request in case your groups have any questions.
