Complete the producer re-certification training from WAHBE by October 31
Premera producers needs to complete Washington Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE) re-certification requirements annually to sell our plans and maintain a Washington Healthplanfinder privileged user account.
Here’s what you need to know about the process:
- Producers wanting to re-certify for the 2022 coverage year must submit their
payment by October 22, 2021. Payments should be processed by WAHBE within 2-3 business days; you’ll be notified once you are enrolled.
- Producers will have until October 31, 2021 to
complete training. This deadline is earlier than in previous years and will allow WAHBE staffers can focus on helping producers navigate open enrollment.
- New Producers who complete certification between February 1 and October 31, 2021, do not need to re-certify in 2021. Your certificate of completion expires October 31, 2022.
- All producers must complete the re-certification requirements annually to maintain a Washington Healthplanfinder privileged user account.
- Failure to complete the re-certification requirements annually will result in account terminations. Client partnerships will also be terminated once the account is disabled.
