Your client is enrolled, now what?

  • With December upon us, many of your clients want to know what to expect now that they’ve newly enrolled with a Premera Blue Cross of Washington plan. And you’ll want to know what your renewing Premera Blue Cross of Washington clients should expect too. The following will help you navigate what comes next.

    Did you know? You can also access your clients’ ID numbers in your producer portal. Clients won’t show up in your portal until their plan’s effective date (example: On Jan. 1 you’ll see any January 1, 2022, effective clients. Ask us how to access your portal if you haven’t already done so!
