B’link now offers communication timelines with resources for every month of their plan year. Share this new resource with your group clients!
Last year, we published a survey on our employee communications resources site, B’link. In this survey, we asked employers how we could improve B’link to help make
their lives less stressful. They shared an interesting idea—a sample communications plan timeline that would guide employers to resources in B’link for every month of their plan year.
Sample communication timelines
Whether your group client has 5 employees or 500 employees, B’link now offers a sample communication timeline for them. Each timeline shows
important benefit and health topics for employers to send to their employees in each month of their plan year.
For a limited time, when your employers go to B’link, they may see a pop-up that will introduce them to the new timelines. They can also access the timelines
any time by selecting “sample communications timelines” on the page.
Tips:
- The employer selects one of three timelines, which are categorized by group size.
- Topics on each timeline are listed by each month of their plan year. If they’re in the first month of their plan year, they should start with Month 1. If they’re in the second month of their plan year, they start with Month 2. And so on.
- To access ready-to-share flyers, emails, and copy-and-paste content listed in the timeline, just click on the topic names highlighted in blue.
- Encourage your group clients to come back each month to get new topics!
Keep in mind, not all topics listed may apply to every group’s health plan. Reach out to your Premera representative if you're unsure.

More tips:
- Select your group size to see the timeline that’s best for you.
