Vivacity Care Center is committed to guide, support, and advocate for their patients’ health, every day.
Vivacity Care Center is designed to support Premera Blue Cross and LifeWise Health Plan of Washington members in the management of their physical and emotional health with the aid of highly engaged providers, behavioral health specialists, and health coaches. By addressing the needs of their patients as people, not just the symptoms they present, Vivacity Care Centers’ team of providers are helping patients get healthy and stay healthy for the long haul. And with plenty of same- or next-day appointments available, members can get access to that whole-person health right when they want it. The teams at Vivacity Care Center collaborate with members to make it simpler and more gratifying for them to take an active role in their health.
At Vivacity Care Center, relationships between patients and providers matter. Why? Because more thorough and thoughtful care helps identify underlying issues and concerns early, which often lowers overall costs and improves long-term outcomes. And if additional support is required, providers refer patients to high-value specialists in the area to ensure quality care continues beyond the care center.
The Vivacity Care Center team also knows that healthcare is complicated and can sometimes lead to surprises, frustration, and confusion. Integrated health plan experts, called Care Advocates, are on site to help members understand what to expect. Care Advocates help members make more informed decisions about their care and help identify next steps—from coverage questions to referrals.

- Event – Contact free, drive-thru Open House event will be on July 25.
Vivacity Care Center cares about our community’s health, so they've planned a unique contact-free, drive-thru event that takes social distancing to new lengths. There will be a live DJ; food truck (with carhop delivery); and gift bags with masks, hats, and more. All to enjoy right from the comfort and safety of the car!

- Partnership – Vivacity Care Center is partnering with Industrious to provide free, virtual, fitness classes to our members from late June through mid-October. Whether members are looking for low-impact exercises, mindful movements, or high-intensity workouts, Industrious has a class that fits everyone’s lifestyle.
They're growing in 2020!
The first Vivacity Care Center (VCC) clinic is located at 9001 N. Country Homes Blvd. In May, VCC expanded their space and added radiology to our book of primary care services. Take a virtual tour today!
In July, their second location will open at 1601 N. Division Street. Their third and flagship location will open in December to serve members in Spokane Valley.
