The Premera data team is currently in the process of gathering the data and preparing to submit the files through the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Health Insurance Oversight System (HIOS) by or before the June 1, 2023, deadline. For groups that didn’t make their survey submission deadline, Premera will submit the available data in our system to CMS by the cutoff date. However, the client takes full responsibility with any outside reporting entities for submitting requested data that wasn’t submitted to Premera.
