2020 Checkup Challenge
Vivacity Care Center is beginning a Checkup Challenge to reward members when they make a pledge to get their annual checkup or preventive care done before the end of the year. All members have to do is sign a pledge showing their commitment at vivacitycarecenter.com/checkup and they’ll be entered into a drawing for 1 of 20 $50 Amazon gift cards. Plus, when they come in for their appointment before the end of the year they'll receive a code to redeem Vivacity Care Center swag.
