Due to COVID-19 and the Governor’s Stay Home—Stay Healthy Emergency Proclamation, the State issued emergency rules extending and relaxing mandates for producer licensing and education requirements.
Producer Licensing Renewals: Licensed producers who have licenses expiring between March 1 and June 30, 2020 now have more time to renew their producer licenses and pay the required renewal fee. To learn more, review the State’s Emergency Rule regarding licensing renewals.
Producer Licensing Education Requirements: Deadlines for education courses are extended to allow time to convert to online learning. This rule also extends the time for individuals to complete the licensing process. To learn more, review the State’s Emergency Rule regarding education requirements.
