For all Premera members over the age of 18 with an individual or group plan. This promotion does not include Medicare plan participants with Silver&Fit since
their plan includes this benefit automatically.
With the end of the year right around the corner, we would like to help our members make 2020 their healthiest year yet.
During the months of December and January, the Active&Fit Direct™ program enrollment fee will be waived for all Premera Blue Cross members over the age of 18.
