    That’s why two experts from Premera Blue Cross went on King 5’s New Day Northwest to talk about surprise costs.

    Melanie Anderson, customer service manager, and Tonya Owens, provider engagement manager provided tips on prepping for a preventive care visit. They also suggested ways that customers can find out what they can expect to pay for any follow up tests their doctor recommends.
