    CellNetix is a provider of pathology services that is no longer in Premera’s network. We have asked the healthcare providers in our network to send our members’ pathology work to an alternative pathology provider. Having your pathology tests performed by CellNetix could result in higher out-of-pocket costs. If you visit one of the following healthcare providers, they may send your pathology work to CellNetix: Swedish Hospitals and Swedish Medical Group; Northwest Hospital and Medical Center; Providence Regional Medical Center Everett and Providence Medical Groups; Minor & James Medical; Highline Medical Center; and The Everett Clinic.

    Health plan materials for 2016

    New materials for our 2016 individual health plans are now available on the Health Plans page. These materials provide information on our plans, both on and off the exchange, that will be available beginning November 1.

    Submit special enrollment documents directly to Premera

    Starting September 24, individuals applying for healthcare coverage through Washington Healthplanfinder during a special enrollment period (SEP) must submit supporting documents for qualifying life events directly to Premera. Send your clients' supporting documents to producer.support@premera.com.

    Campaign encourages use of preventive benefits
