In addition to 10 essential health benefits, you get these additional features on most plans:
- Preventive care is covered in full on all plans—exams, screenings, and vaccinations.
- Access to Kinwell advanced primary care with 16 clinics and virtual care available in the state.
- No referrals to see providers and specialists in our network, including EvergreenHealth, MultiCare, Providence, Swedish Medical Center, Seattle Children's Hospital, University of Washington Medical Center, and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health.

Enroll in a health plan
Between November 1 and January 15, you can enroll on wahealthplanfinder.org. Visit the health benefit exchange to see if you qualify for financial assistance, also known as tax credits or a subsidy, to cover some of the cost for your monthly premium.
Premera individual plans are available to residents who live in: Adams, Asotin, Benton, Columbia, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Grays Harbor, King, Kitsap, Kittitas, Lewis, Lincoln, Pacific, Pend Oreille, Pierce, San Juan, Snohomish, Spokane, Stevens, Walla Walla, Whitman, and Yakima counties. Premera offers gold, silver, and bronze plans to fit your needs and budget. Metal levels refer to how you and your plan split the costs of your care, not the plan quality.

Plan brochures
Producers, also known as licensed insurance agents, are paid a fixed monthly amount by Premera to help members choose, enroll in, and understand their individual health plan. Producers receive $10 to $17 per month for every client who is a Premera individual member. Some producers may also receive an additional one-time annual payment of $50 to $100 per Premera client. Whether you choose to work with a producer or not, your monthly rate will stay the same.
