How does Premera or its partners use my personal information?
Premera or its partners will use your personal information to identify your individual health characteristics and display it in various sections of the website. How does Premera or its partners use my personal information collected on this website?
Premera may use your personal information for its healthcare operations activities and other purposes as described in its Notice of Privacy Practices.
How we respond to browser “Do Not Track” Signals
Some web browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (DNT) or similar feature that signals to websites that a visitor does not want to have his/her online activity and behavior tracked. If a website that responds to a particular DNT signal receives the DNT signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain personal information about the browser’s user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option and DNT signals are not yet uniform. For this and other reasons, we and many website operators do not respond to DNT signals.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective upon posting of the revisions on the Premera.com website. Your continued use of the website following our posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of any such change or modification.
