Premera offers personalized, one-on-one support to help customers who have multiple or complex health situations, such as a hospitalization or diagnosis of inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis, heart disease, cancer, HIV, or asthma.

The Personal Health Support team is made up of licensed healthcare professionals who provide advice and assistance finding resources.
