    • Create or log in to your account on premera.com.
    • Follow the instructions to create your account for enrollment. To verify your identity, enter your Social Security number, last name, and date of birth. Then you can begin enrollment.

    Get the most out of your health plan

    Once you get your Premera ID card, come back to premera.com. Log in and follow the instructions to enter your member ID number. You'll now have access to:

    • Find in-network providers
    • Get details of your plan, and your benefit booklet
    • Track your claims and spending toward your deductible
    • Download the Premera Mobile™ app to access your plan on the go
