    The Eastside Health Network (EHN), which served as the provider group for the Health Connect Plan, has dissolved. As a result, the Health Connect Plan was discontinued on January 1, 2026, and no longer available. Sign in to premera.com to access your claims history. Premera Blue Cross offers the Health Savings Plan option for Microsoft members.
