Coverage varies by plan, with drug lists often updating annually or mid-year.

Our drug lists cover thousands of prescriptions. Use these lists to see which plans cover the generic or brand-name prescriptions that you're taking. These lists also show if the plan has any drug restrictions, like requiring prior authorization before they’re prescribed. If you're a member, use the drug list specific to your Rx formulary. Your Rx formulary is on your ID card or the Premera mobile app.
