For Premera small groups on metallic plans
Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska regularly reviews its drug formularies for drug safety, effectiveness, and value. As a result of the latest review, some drugs are now covered differently.
As of October 1, 2019, our metallic formularies for Premera small group plans have been updated to reflect these changes. Impacted members have been notified by mail.
You can review the drug list changes on our website. If your employees have questions about these changes, please have them call Premera customer service.
