The Alaska Wellness Academy offers small and large group employers access to a series of interactive workshops. These workshops provide tips and tools to help your organization and employees thrive.
The next live academy is May 9, 2019, from 8 to 11:30 a.m. This academy session will inspire you to explore the effectiveness of incentives, including:
- How different types of incentives impact motivation and behavior
- Current laws regarding wellness incentives, and what we predict for the future
- Inexpensive and engaging ideas to promote wellness in the workplace
