Premera Pulse Resources Now on Employee Resource Center

    Premera Pulse resources are now available on the Employee Communications Center, your online library of ready-to-share communications.

    These new resources include a customizable flyer, a click-and-send email, and copy for a text message or internal bulletin.

    How to access the communication resources

    1. Log in to your secure employer website and select the link to the Employee Communications Center.
    2. In the left-hand column, select Manage your plan.
    3. In the right-hand side, scroll down to Premera Pulse.
    4. Click on the ready-to-share tools of your choice!

    Premera Pulse is a digital resource designed to deliver personalized health information to your employees.

    Your employees and their eligible dependents who are enrolled in a Premera health plan can activate Premera Pulse by texting Pulse to 24248. Once they do, they will get proactive messages that empower them to make informed decisions about their care.
