Julia “Judy” Neumann
Job title: Strategic Account Manager

Time at Premera: 6 years
The favorite part about my role is: The dynamic and ever-changing environment of healthcare. I am challenged constantly to learn and grow in my role.
I passionately advocate for our customers by: First and foremost by listening. I really need to hear what the customer’s needs are and understand them. Often in healthcare, those needs are complicated, and the customer may not even know how best to identify and communicate those clearly. It is my job to really identify issues or gaps and solve for them to help the employer group and their members get the most out of their healthcare plan.
If I could be anywhere in the world right now, I would be: I am an East Coast girl at heart, so I’d have to say the DC metropolitan area/Maryland suburbs feasting on crabs at a marina/ shopping. I wouldn’t want to be there in COVID times, so a bit of time travel would have to be involved–as right now wouldn’t be part of the equation.
Christin Evans

The favorite part about my role is: Working with a variety of different groups and learning about their businesses.

Shelley Jordan

The favorite part about my role is: I enjoy solving problems, the research and satisfaction in discovering the cause and effect, and then being able to fix the issue.
I passionately advocate for our customers by: By helping members and producers understand their benefits clearly and use their coverage with ease.
If I could be anywhere in the world right now I would be: Maui, Hawaii or Madrid, Spain.
Lynne Oaks

The favorite part about my role is: Helping people navigate the complicated worlds of health insurance and health care delivery.
I passionately advocate for our customers by: Always listening to better understand the customer’s need and always going to bat for them.
If I could be anywhere in the world right now I would be: Almost anywhere with some sand between my toes and a salty breeze blowing though the palms! It is pretty chilly in Alaska right now and I look forward to traveling again, hopefully soon!
