    The most efficient way to send Premera updates to eligibility is through your dedicated eligibility platform. Dedicated platforms are:

    • Secure employer website
    • SIMON portal
    • Enrollment Center
    • 834 files

    If your clients enrollment platform doesn’t solve for their needs, they should send their requests directly to PremeraMembership@premera.com to ensure requests are processed in the most efficient and timely manner.
