NEW Spinal Surgery Benefit at Select Blue Distinction Centers + (BDC+)
Beginning Jan. 1, 2019, new spinal surgery benefit applies when surgery is performed at a Select BDC+ facility. These facilities have met national measures for quality and cost-efficient care.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2019, the fee for a Teladoc medical consult will be $45 (or just $6.75 if you’ve met your Premera annual deductible).
The fee for a dermatology consult will remain at $75 (or just $11.25 if you’ve met your Premera annual deductible).

The maximum HSA contribution amounts for 2019 are as follows:
Individual (self-only coverage): $3,500 Family coverage: $7,000
This annual limit will include any pre-tax payroll contributions, post-tax contributions, or employer contribution, if any. If you will be age 55 or older during the plan year, you can contribute an additional $1,000 "catch up" contribution to the amounts
