    Immunizations - Children and adult Premera members can be immunized for little or no out-of-pocket costs with most Premera plans.

    Preventive Benefits - Receive essential preventive health services such as routine physicals, nutrition screening and well-baby exams, with all plans that are currently sold by Premera.

    Corporate Citizenship - Corporate Citizenship at Premera includes promoting health and wellness, stewarding our resources with care and building a strong healthcare system now and in the future.

    We take part in community activities that promote healthy lifestyles. For example, Premera annually supports the American Diabetes Association’s Step Out Walks. We also volunteer with and contribute to the American Heart Association’s Heart and Stroke Walk, and in 2012 the Puget Sound AHA named Premera its “Corporate Champion of the Heart.”
