Health Savings Accounts are available if you enroll in the Health Savings PPO Plan and are otherwise eligible.
From one to five times annual base salary, up to a maximum of $1,000,000

Pension Equity Plan (PEP)
Associates who work at least 20 hours per week are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO), a combined pool of time that includes vacation, personal days and sick time.
Full-time associates receive eight hours of pay for each day while part-time associates receive pro-rated pay based on scheduled work hours.
PTO is accrued each pay period; accruals begin upon hire.
2014 Company Closure Days
Up to three days per incident, with a maximum of five days granted due to extenuating circumstances.
Family Medical Leave
Up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave time in a 12-month period to care for yourself, spouse, domestic partner, child, parent, or parent-in-law. Associates must meet the eligibility requirements as defined by state and/or federal laws.
Premera may allow a personal leave of up to 30 days in approved situations.
Educational Assistance Program
The Educational Assistance Program pays 100 percent of your tuition costs, lab fees and required course-related textbooks, up to a maximum of $2,000 each calendar year for full-time associates and $1,000 per calendar year for part-time associates. The maximum for courses towards a graduate degree is $5,000 each calendar year for full-time associates and $2,500 for part-time associates.
