Our customer service representatives are skilled in answering questions related to replacing lost and damaged medications or finding care.
Premera customers in need of non-emergency care may call our 24-Hour NurseLine. This free service can help you decide the best place for care, and it provides information on local resources. The phone number for the 24-Hour NurseLine is on the back of your ID card.
Teladoc® is also offering access to general medical care at no charge for residents of impacted areas. To receive care by phone, affected individuals should call the designated hotline.
